This Shipping Policy outlines how India Corporation handles the processing and delivery of your orders placed through IndiaCorporation.in.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 business days after order confirmation and successful payment.
Processing means preparing the product, packaging, and handing over to courier.
If there is unexpected delay (e.g., stock unavailability), we will notify you via email or SMS.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use trusted courier partners or logistics companies for delivery.
Available shipping methods (standard, express, etc.) depend on the destination area.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination at the checkout.
For orders above a certain value (e.g. ₹[amount]), we may offer free shipping (if you choose to).
You will be informed of the shipping cost before you place your order.
4. Delivery Time
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
• Local (same city): 1–2 business days
• Within State: 2–5 business days
• Across India: 3–7 business daysPlease note these are estimates; actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen events.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you tracking details by email or SMS.
You can use the tracking number to monitor the package on the courier’s portal.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses (if applicable).
Some remote or restricted areas may incur extra delivery times or may not be serviceable.
If shipping is not possible to your address, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative or cancel the order.
7. Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender
If delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, inability to find recipient, or refusal to accept, the courier may return the package to us.
In such cases:
• We may charge you the cost of re-shipment.
• Or we may issue a refund after deducting shipping and handling charges (see Cancellation & Refund Policy).
8. Damaged or Lost in Transit
If the product is damaged in transit or lost, notify us within 3 days of delivery.
We will coordinate with the courier and may provide a replacement or refund (at our discretion) after investigation.
9. International Shipping
International shipping costs, customs, import duties, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Delivery times depend on destination country’s customs and postal services.
