This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled by India Corporation in relation to orders placed on IndiaCorporation.in.

1. Cancellation by You (Customer)
  • You may cancel your Order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.

  • To cancel, you must contact us via email (sales@indiacorporation.in) or phone (+91 87883 46434) with your Order ID.

  • If cancellation is accepted, we will refund your payment minus any non-refundable fees (if applicable).

2. Cancellation by Us
  • In rare cases, we may cancel the Order due to stock unavailability, pricing error, or other issue.

  • If we do, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

3. Return / Exchange Policy
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if requested within 7 from the date of delivery

  • The Product must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact.

  • Customer bears shipping costs for returns (unless return is due to our error or damaged product).

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of replacement Product. If not available, a refund will be processed.

4. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned Product, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2 business days.

  • In some cases (e.g. cash-on-delivery), we may issue a store credit or reversal as per our discretion.

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds (if applicable) may be offered for:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or with missing parts without justified reason.

  • Products returned after the allowed return period (if accepted at our discretion).

6. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

(If there are specific items you do not accept returns for)

  • Perishable goods (if relevant)

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items

  • Items sealed for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

  • Any other items specified at point of sale

7. Shipping Costs & Deduction
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or damage).

  • If we had offered free shipping initially, the equivalent shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

8. How to Return
  • Contact our customer support with Order ID and reason for return.

  • We will provide instructions (return address, packaging, courier).

  • Ship the item securely; we are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping (unless we arranged or prepaid it).

9. Refund Rejection
  • Refunds may be rejected if the Product is damaged, used excessively, or missing parts/accessories.

  • We reserve the right to reduce refund amount or refuse refund in such cases.
