This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled by India Corporation in relation to orders placed on IndiaCorporation.in.
1. Cancellation by You (Customer)
You may cancel your Order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
To cancel, you must contact us via email (sales@indiacorporation.in) or phone (+91 87883 46434) with your Order ID.
If cancellation is accepted, we will refund your payment minus any non-refundable fees (if applicable).
2. Cancellation by Us
In rare cases, we may cancel the Order due to stock unavailability, pricing error, or other issue.
If we do, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
3. Return / Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if requested within 7 from the date of delivery
The Product must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact.
Customer bears shipping costs for returns (unless return is due to our error or damaged product).
Exchanges are subject to availability of replacement Product. If not available, a refund will be processed.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned Product, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2 business days.
In some cases (e.g. cash-on-delivery), we may issue a store credit or reversal as per our discretion.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds (if applicable) may be offered for:
Items not in original condition, damaged, or with missing parts without justified reason.
Products returned after the allowed return period (if accepted at our discretion).
6. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
(If there are specific items you do not accept returns for)
Perishable goods (if relevant)
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
Items sealed for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
Any other items specified at point of sale
7. Shipping Costs & Deduction
Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or damage).
If we had offered free shipping initially, the equivalent shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
8. How to Return
Contact our customer support with Order ID and reason for return.
We will provide instructions (return address, packaging, courier).
Ship the item securely; we are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping (unless we arranged or prepaid it).
9. Refund Rejection
Refunds may be rejected if the Product is damaged, used excessively, or missing parts/accessories.
We reserve the right to reduce refund amount or refuse refund in such cases.
